Aisha Jamila Hinds is one of the well-known American actress. Her most well-known role is her roles in the shows on television like The Shield, and True Blood. Since her first appearance in 2003 she has demonstrated her range in acting making outstanding appearances on TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7 as well as Under the Dome. Her character of Assault on Precinct 13 from 2005 was her first performance to attract her interest. She received praise for her performance in Chokher bal (2003) which was a dramatic film based on the book of Rabindranath Tagore. It was her first Indian to serve on the jury at the Cannes Film Festival. Bachchan appeared as Bride and Prejudice by Gurinder Chadha. It is a musical as well as dance version of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. Her star-power and elegance have been brought to the forefront of the first major English-language feature film. In 2006, Bachchan returned to Bollywood by starring in the success movie Dhoom: 2 before releasing Provoked: The True Story in English. In April 2007, she was married to Abhishek Bachchan who is a frequent co-star and the father of Bollywood famous Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage that brought together two India's most powerful personalities.
